Install order
- SnipeOffice first:
snipeoffice25win7.zip → Install-SnipeOffice-Win7.bat as administrator
- Reboot when prompted; re-run batch until complete
- Launch Writer once after final reboot
- Then Snipe Browser:
SnipeBrowser-140.0.7339.127-win-x86-win7bc27-setup.exe (works on x64 Win7)
No One-Core API and no Windows 10 compatibility tab trick needed on Win7. The office bundle installs VxKex and KB2533623/KB2670838 automatically.

- Silent official setup plus app-local Python 3.11 and VC++ runtimes
- Skia and OpenGL disabled by policy for legacy GPU stability

- Requires KB3080149 and KB4019990 before install
